Millenials in power won’t be any different. You can already see that with some of the billionaires out there. Power corrupts and causes people to lose touch on the average person’s needs. It will suck just as much in the future as now.

It’s funny to think about how we have documented evidence that for at least the last several thousand years, older generations have always complained about younger generations being ignorant and not having any skills. It’s weird how they’re always wrong.

Part of gaming is the fantasy that hard work pays off. Hard work not paying off is the real life thing people are trying to escape from.

I am continually amazed that somehow people think they have the right to a car that can go 200mph on public roads.

Not good enough for you, maybe.  But 18 minutes is perfectly fine for me.  Particularly when you consider that, unlike gas cars, you’ll almost never have to leave home without a full charge.

Current generation E-GMP platform (Ioniq 5, Kia EV6) is up to 80% in 18 minutes. I would say that’s already about time-parity with stopping at an interstate rest area to fuel up, re-park the car, use the restroom, and the occasional burger grabbed from McDonalds.
