That explains the cheap head unit and tires.
There has to be a balance though. Working two jobs just to buy material things to make your life meaningful sounds exhausting. Working 40 hours a week already feels like too much, I couldn't imagine working more just to be able to commute in a nicer car.

I just got my Sienna last year as well as starting my new job. Hopefully I will be at your level in 12 years.
Same here. I want an EV, but I want those cheap EVs Europe has. My commute is less than 50 miles round trip. I want Honda E but will settle for a Mazda mx-30 once they start showing up for 10k used.
I have a relative that also works two jobs and lives pay check to pay check. He recently bought “The car that proves you made it #hustlelife #dreamcar” a new Audi Q7...that he doesn’t have covered parking at his apartment complex.
The bottom half of the front of that Buick looks like a sad s197 mustang.
airbags never deployed, clean title.
Lol I said the exact same thing. The mechanic just "fixes" it and tells them it's done without even test driving it.
Yea he absolutely sucks. But my dad hired him off of work of mouth and paid him so much money he was in too deep to just find someone else. I keep telling my parents to just take the cars to a real licensed shop because they’ve been screwed by these mobile shade tree mechanics before.
Since we’re on the subject of shitty mechanics...went to visit my mom and she said she had her car fixed just for our visit, just in case we needed an extra car. I looked at her landcruiser and the front end was so low that it was tucking tire. I looked underneath and the mechanic forgot to install back the springs…
I created a Facebook account just to post pictures of my kids...for my mom. My original account however hasn't been used since like 2014.
I like these types of stickers because they are a great indicator of what kind of person they are.
Is there anyways to help the orcas? Fundraise some ramming armor or something like that.
The FWD king will forever be the eg/ek Honda Civic for me. Track and street proven with tons of aftermarket and OEM parts that can turn an old lady's hatchback into a fast and fun car.
The oval headlights were weird to me at first but I have grown to love them. I just like that they didn’t go with the agro designs like most truck manufacturers.
My mother does not get sarcasm. I remember I was like 14 and she asked me what I was doing coming home so late. I told her I was doing drugs under the bridge with my friends. She was not happy. I did it knowing she would not like it because she already knew where I was as it was the same place I was for the past…
