Just make minivans look more aggressive like how trucks are and you'll get people buying them again. Give them a performance hybrid system that can roast tires when put in sport mode, but still get 30mpg. 

I honestly think they drag their feet on purpose to try to wear you down. So when you're ready to sign you might give in on those last minute add-ons they try to tack on. That and they gotta make it look like their doing something to justify their existence. 

Unless you're EV is the Hummer. Then all the weight are belong to you.

Dealers can do this too they just don't want to. I bought my Mazda5 over the internet, they delivered it for an extra $500 and had a couple of forms to fill out. The entire transaction took less than 5min in person. Fast forward to last December and it took almost 3 hours to buy my new Sienna.
