Does that mean that she/they wants ‘she/they’ as her/their pronoun or sometimes ‘she’ and sometimes ‘they’? If the latter, how does one know when to use ‘she’ and when to use ‘they’?

I mean, sure, but that seems like Allure flunked a test they hadn’t been told about. If someone tells me that they are fine being called Nicky and also Nicole, I wouldn’t find it to be a particularly fair criticism that I took them at their word in picking one of those options.

That’s a mouthful if it’s both. I’d probably just end up writing Halsey instead of using pronouns in that case!

There was a video of them interacting with their aunt, Lady Sarah, and there’s a very perfunctory greeting between her and Wills and Harry comes up and she does this adorable little dance with a big smile and it’s just like - a very cut and dry summary of them as people to me.
