Um…it was actually her first husband's mother who sold the picture to the tabloids.

Last week's episode reeked of "backdoor pilot".

But getting rid of W doesn't actually do anything to stop 9/11 itself. As horrible a President as he was, that attack was in the works long before he even decided to run. Maybe Gore would've been more responsive to the warnings and almost certainly would've responded differently (at least in terms of Iraq) afterwards

I think he looks pretty good for a 58 year old whose skin has sustained a lot of sun damage.

Nothing is ever free, unless you're a thief. You will either pay a subscription or watch ads. That's how it works. If people don't pay, one way or another, nothing will get produced.

So am I. I'm so tired of whiny entitled cheapskates bitching about everything little thing they want not being free, having commercials, not being exactly what they wanted down to the last detail, etc.

It makes sense though given that all the pre-filmed movies and TV shows are ready to stream at the same time they premiere on the mothership.

He's back to fat.

The first two seasons do IMO.The last three have been hit and miss.

Seriously, what the hell happened to Jamie? The last three or four years she was a pod person.

The funny thing to me is that if you watch the reruns, I think Mad About You (the first four seasons at least) holds up way better than Friends.

Even if Christensen does play Vader, he'll just be wearing the suit. It'll be James Earl Jones' voice and that's what really matters. If nothing else, Christensen did get pretty good with a lightsaber.

Yeah, they made money but they also utterly shattered the franchise until TFA came along and made way more money by being much better.

I don't get this either. I've liked what Disney has done with SW so far for the most part. TFA is good, Rian Johnson is a good hire for Episode VIII. I'm looking forward to Rogue One. But making a prequel with a fake and painfully inferior Han Solo? No fucking thank you!

To be fair, part of the story was that Bartlet's credentials made everyone think he was unelectable. He never really overcame the reputation of being too smart and too elitist and all of his opponents loved to portray themselves as "regular folk" compared to him. Sorkin knew how unrealistic his being elected with his

If you watched the "inside the episode" featurettes on the HBO site from season 1 it seemed pretty obvious even back then that Fukunaga understood the story and it's appeal better than Pizzolatto did. So, I'm not surprised the show foundered narratively without him.

Exactly, he knew it sucked and he wasn't the reason it sucked, so whatever.

The terrible scripts doomed him. Nobody could make those movies work as they were written but I give him credit for being game and making them a little better than they had any right to be.

That movie is really good and I think it helped prove that Brosnan was the perfect choice for Bond. The scripts just sucked so much. If they'd been better, the franchise could've been epic with him.

I think you're right and it's kind of terrifying how messy this thing is.
