I’m a lawyer and your arguments about what something is under the law really don’t make the point you’re trying badly to make. Big dairy is trying to stop non-dairy milk companies from LABELING the products IN THE STORES with the word milk. Stop trying to talk about legal “classifications” and “rights.” 

It would be absurd to be under the same legal scrutiny as dairy milk because it’s a far less perishable and potentially illness-bearing product...
