@edosan: yeah... for awhile I've been sorting everything directly into drawers in our home office - it works good, except I had to include a "shred later" drawer because the office is next to my toddlers bedroom, and if he hears it he gets all excited and restless.

@theczardictates: yeah - easy to get behind on. Last year my wife met with a tax consultant who asked her to bring any applicable receipts and records... she just brought the whole box (the one you buy 10 reams of paper in) all loose and assorted - surprisingly it is fairly easy to find things knowing it is all in

@edosan: but the other half you have to handle atleast once more?

@TimTim: As someone who just spent two hours filing receipts, bills and other papers that were accumulating on the kitchen counter over the past several months, this system will work for me - I can't wait to go home and try it! It's not simply shoving them in the closet - its creating a vertical workspace that is

@Nivenus: not as scary as this one

@ColinGagnon: which is why Joryn is expressing surprise at how different debit purchases in Canada are from your side of the border.

@Pumhart_von_Steyr: well technically spiders make their silk from glands that are located somewhere between the anus and the genital opening, so in all physiological likeliness, Parker would have to refill them from somewhere on his taint.

@Arken: but where does he get the silk to refill those capsules? Answer, from glands located somewhere on his lower backside, near the ass.

I think most style guides like APA and Chicago press opt for single spacing but MLA still permits 2.

@Arken: atleast with mechanical it is possible it still comes from there, or where else would the refills come from?

@Pumhart_von_Steyr: Maybe he refills his mechanical shooters with silk that he makes from his ass?

@sephycloneno15: my mom and grandparents are devout baptists who to a certain degree believe that you need to keep the body parts intact - for reasons relating to the afterlife which I personally am unable to rationalize or comprehend. To further complicate my religious upbringing, as a child they also tried to tell

@salt_bagel: I wouldn't say hideous, but is certainly fits the bill for a neutral, expressionless, inoffensive piece the likes of which only a realtor would love. If you do professional real estate staging, this is a project for you, plus find some complementary area rugs, some beige furniture and your in business.

I just send them to dropbox. Though I don't have too many pictures so not worried about data usage.

@iLife: Personally, if it were a sole proprietorship or a "family business" type of arrangement where my close friend or family member was the primary stakeholder, then I'd work for free, but in the case they offered to pay me I'd accept the wage :)

To summarize:

@psychiccheese: yeah, when people in Saskatoon say "Craigslist" they are actually referring to Kijiji - though everyone here pretty much knows, and goes by Kijiji anyway - many have never even heard of CL.

I could see twitter being of good value if you have a big enough collection of local followers.

If you're looking to do a "garage sale" type of listing, then just have a RL garage sale and advertise it on CL. If you got a bunch of dinky 50cent items its not worth it to catalog every item, and people have to physically pick it up anyway so just put it all out on tables. If its worth itemizing its worth its own
