@CommodoreRake: i think its a PC video game put out in the 90's by Sierra.

@danhughes: the other way to get this without expensive digital photo gear: get a cheap old film SLR with a prime lens at a garage sale and buy a roll of film to suit your lighting scenario (for lower light you will want a faster film to help you shoot at larger apertures to create the blur you are trying to achieve)

@Flail: also on a related note, feeling better can make you smile... so it must follow that forcing yourself to feel better will make you inadvertently swallow more bugs while travelling at high speeds.

So this is like a roman empire version of the iPhone?

@a_blackpanther: I've seen something similar, in 2007 the roof BC place (which was the same sort of air-supported design as the Metrodome) collapsed but there was no snow accumulation, just several small tears which leaked enough air out that the blowers couldn't keep up, high winds caught the slack in the material

@ifailatliving: or else, like my 3 year old, you just like peeing in things that look like they would be fun to pee in.

@acidrain69: err yeah, megs... gigabyte drives were hardly even a conception back then! It is weird to even type "MB" anymore... and now for anything dedicated to file storage even a Terabyte is only considered adequate.

@smithygreg: I loved computers in grade 2, turtle graphics was THE BEST! On tuesday morning it was our homeroom's turn with the school's 3 Apple II's - remember cleary each week teacher would ask 6 students to come to the AV room and roll the cart back to the classroom. Was also drilled to make sure to touch the

@lewisboy: lol, the term "lol" hadn't even been invented yet when my family got our first IBM clone, a 25MHz 386SX (16MHz when turbo off), 1MB RAM, 25MB hard drive, VGA graphics, 5" FDD AND a 3.5"FDD. Peripherals didn't really exist back then but my folks splurged for a 14" monitor and Okidata dot matrix printer.

@cbalian: I somewhat agree with you, the end result looks like something created during intro to excel class (couldn't even spell "SAVIINGS" right). I think the main point though is that it has been refined over time into something that works for the creators.

It's not really an orgy, since they're all connected to begin with. More like the m word.

@CDodd: actually, the electric heating element is very, very (as in close to 100%) efficient at converting electricity into heat.

@Dr Emilio Lizardo: eww gross I don't want bacteria in my intestines... where can I get one of those napalm enema kits?

@laylowmoe: if I ever find time to just sit and read, maybe I will :)

@Fierock: in fact, i had never really though about the similarities between harry potter and the matrix, but they are astoundingly similar. (chosen one theme, learning about their new role at much older ages, betrayal, morpheus vs Hagrid/Dumbledore, voldemort vs agent smith). There's enough there to write an essay

@bawheid: Short in stature, tall in the dark arts.

@TheMoves: Well, by definition of course not, everyone knows that wine gets its kick from the fermenation process and not from distillation. But where our provincial laws are concerned anything with any form of alcohol that is meant to ingest must be purchased at a government "liquor" store. It may differ from

@DrZaius: just think, if one flying/gliding scares the crap out of you, imagine hundreds of these coming at you at once. Indiana Jones is right to be terrified of these freaks of nature.

This article, giving advice how to get a discount on the bottle of wine you want, is basically of no value to Canadians.
