@Ijon_Tichy: maybe, but if I was forced at gunpoint to have a goatse tattoed on me and I had a choice, I'd pick somewhere the sun doesn't see before my forehead - I'd assume that someone who gets a human centipede tattoed on their feet would go with the more visible goatse option.
