Bad argument. Yes, every activity comes with a risk, but what we’re talking about here is an unnecessary recreational activity that carries a known significant risk of permanent or final damage. Whether my kid owns a car or not, he’s going to be riding in cars with me, his friends, whomever. Car accidents are a
