I think part of that is how lean he is. He's got skin flaps denoting dramatic weight loss, but right now his weedy look is very kittenish. I didn't think to ask the vet for an age estimate, but he noted that the cat did have some canine wear so "he's not SUPER young."

Oooh, those are some nice digs. My guy and gals each have their own hutch and a little fenced area to graze. The male is my favorite- he likes to come up and visit every morning as I get him tended to. The ladies enjoy a more, ah, hands-off approach.

Richard is also very particular about getting his paws muddy, which

Yeah, my rabbits are primarily edible (though I'm irrationally attached to the breeding trio,) and sometimes they decide that running back and forth in their hutches is a valid escape plan as I walk by. I still enjoy the little dodo heads.

And I never thought my life would look like a My Name Is Earl episode, but

He's 12.2 pounds with just his fur and organs, so I anticipate he'll grow to be a big boy. :) 22 pounds is pretty astonishing, though.

I was so, so relieved to realize this guy has been someone's pet before. He has bad diarrhea, but praise Cat!Jesus he is housetrained.

Lucky for me all of my bunnies live outdoors. :)

And I'm taking this as fate. He had to lie down in a spot where I would notice him from the driveway, and then the day after I took him to the vet I won a cash prize within ten dollars of the bill. Seems like a strange coincidence.

I was calling him Old Long Tall and Ugly, and then I realized I was referencing the Dark Tower. So the bf and I agreed to call him Roland.

So, last Wednesday I posted somewhere on Jezebel about a stray cat I found lying in the middle of my field. I'm happy to report that he's doing way better and started exploring the house today. :) He has one more vet trip in a few weeks for boosters, at which point I will have invested enough in this cat to feel ok

Since you are moving there, it's not absolutely vital to make your feelings known beforehand. He might bring it up for you, or you might just fall into the same pattern and move into a relationship naturally. Be honest, try not to obsess too much, and take things as you are comfortable with them. He probably already

My impression of book Joffrey is that he is essentially Viserys, if Viserys had been raised as royalty. Both are petty, cruel, and ultimately weak, but Joffrey has power on his side. I remember Cersei mentioning his military nature and independence as his redeeming traits, compared to Tommen.

I think it's strange that the show is actually humanizing Joffrey this season. Or is that just me? His scenes with Margaery, while still totally psychopathic, have also been showing his fear of the people and maybe even a desire to connect with someone. He never looked at Sansa like he looks at Margaery. I don't

The bf and I decided to call him Roland for now, since he's a pretty good match for "ol' long tall and ugly."

I was on the fence until this picture. Now I'm just figuratively humping the fence.

Well, I just got back from the vet with him. No chip, rail-thin, a bad case of fleas, and some sort of probably benign growth near his leg, but he is neutered and, I just learned, house trained. I put up a found ad on Craigslist, but I guess if no one claims him I'll have a new cat.

It's not quite dog-related, but I just found this guy lying at the bottom of my driveway a few minutes ago. He's very skinny and doesn't mind being handled. He let me walk right up to him and pick him up. He's hanging out on the porch until he sees a vet at 4. I hope he doesn't have leukemia or something horrible. :/

Mad Style is one of the few blog posts I actively check for every week. Love those boys.

They will look up and shout "Save us!"... and I'll look down and whisper "No."

Stick around, if you can. :) Things get a little more exciting as the show progresses, and eventually you'll be able to stick names to all the faces. Plus, there is more Jaime!

It's not quite Disney, but yes, I think I see what they were getting at.

Nikolaj Coster-Waldau as Jamie Lannister. Last night, I dreamed we slept side-by-side on the King's Road. No sexy-times or anything, just super comfy contact. Then I woke up, because there is a rooster in my house, and I was very sad.
