This almost doesn’t even feel like news. This comes across as the kind of thing which I’d never think about, but if I ever came across it (in a Rolls or Bentley) I’d just accept it’s just one of those things that rich people have that us poor's will never have access to.

Fun Fact, the Taunus V4 was available, with 2 bonus cylinders in the Bronco II and the later Explorer. (Mustang got a version, eventually)

He misspoke. The 1969 Seiko Astron was about $4,300 while the MSRP of a 1969 Toyota Corona (the Camry's predecessor) was about $3,800.

Could we get someone to gift him this kit with a partially broken impeller wheel, then laugh at the 6 figure engine carnage?

Another honest question. You clearly disagree with the content of this post. You’ve taken time out of your life to not only read this post, which you don’t approve of, but to disparage its author, thereby wasting your own time, while your neighbors can’t pay their bills. Are you suggesting that Alyse give up her

You read the part where the inspiration for this car was a 70's car, modded in the 80's, right? Not exactly a high mark for a beautiful, properly proportioned vehicle. It's a commissioned one-off, and it's what the customer wanted.

FWIW, I’m starting to have that happen to me, just driving around in a blacked out (OEM) Explorer.

You’ve got it backwards. That’s a Crown Vic with an add on, adhesive keypad, suck on after the fact.

Steel Reserve Alloy Series? I've never heard a more accurate way to describe the inside of the can taste of Steel Reserve.

“WHO WANTS A MUSTACHE RIDE?"

I don’t have a trunk, but a self decapitating Zombie on the rear wiper works for me instead.

I was actually bummed that didn’t work out. That phone might have been a bit of an extreme, but how would that phone be any worse than somebody who walks around with a phone (in a case, of course) power bank and cables to charge both, all the time?

Give me a phone that has a battery that can last as long as a vintage flip phone, and I’ll be a customer for life. The rest of the specs are inconsequential, since even the most basic specs will still make calls, text, check email and take photos of receipts.

Look what’s happening. He’s digging his heels in and has no intention of going anywhere. He could lose by a landslide and his supporters will think the “Dems" stole the election with a made up virus, created to legitimize "fraudulent" mail in balloting. It's only going to get worse before it gets better.

Now playing

At least with an IFS and rack and pinion steering, there’s at least a chance there won’t be death wobble. The F-Super Duties, however.....

The first attempt at parking within the lines at Starbucks was the end of their truck experience.

FWIW, your biggest problem is being an Editor for an automotive news blog and not being phased by the concept of riding a Cimarron.

As anyone who has ever had to drive a vehicle modified with hand controls can attest to, there’s a steep learning curve. I’ve seen systems where the left hand stays on the steering wheel and a right hand control operates the gas and brake simultaneously. Push for brake, twist for gas. That would explain the brake

The next gen Ranger will still have some commonality with today’s Ranger (and, ironically, the 2020 Explorer). The 2020 Explorer, however, was completely new down to the last bolt in a way Ford hadn’t done since the 2000 Ford Focus launch (that didn’t end well either).
