Honestly, joking aside, the Mach E might actually work better here. There’s more space in the rear and the front seats use the same frames as the rest of Ford’s lineup, so Ford’s interceptor style seat cushions (the ones with the lower notches for police belts) should be a direct fit.

100% this. Unfortunately, I’ve found myself taking it one step further and just telling people to stay away from them altogether. There are too few manual transmission examples out there to be able to make that exclusion reliably. I’m speaking from personal experience.

Laws against left lane camping need some real teeth. We hear about the occasional story of someone getting pulled over for going the speed limit in the left lane, but they’re rare enough the general public often has no idea they exist. There’s no reason, on a 3 lane highway, for anyone to have to be in the left lane

I honestly thought all Mangustas came w the Mark VIII/Continental/Aviator/Marauder/Cobra 32 valve heads. I guess that makes sense. I’ve just never heard of that til now. Then again, with only 50 or so auto Mangustas in the wild, I can see why it wasn’t well known.

For reference, here’s what the engine bay would normally look like w 4 valve heads.

I was actually looking for Engine bay pics. I wanted to see if it was actually an OEM Terminator Supercharger, or an aftermarket kit. If it’s an actual SVT swap, it’s def more appealing.

Carpeted with Aluminum rails going down its length straight from the factory.

The Scary thing is that’s not even the most expensive example listed online. I found one locally for $39,995(!). Def not for me, but I’m sure there’s $30k burning a hole in somebody’s pocket out there. That being said, hard ND all day long.

The Power of Dreams!”

A lot of newer cars don’t even use GPS. They use the (also soon to be mandatory) front camera system to actually read the posted speed limit signs as you’re driving.

Nobody is mentioning the age of the vehicles. If the study is 2013-2017, we’re talking about EVs and Hybrids that more than likely did NOT have any pedestrian warning systems. In the US they didn’t become standard til about 2017.

I just saw the full video. The officer couldn’t have blocked earlier because there was a person stopped on the left w a baby carriage. The officer 100% did the right thing protecting the public.

ALL OF THIS!!! The guy was clearly not planning on stopping for the cops here. They never are. He was going to continue on this path, at this speed or faster, toward pedestrians. The driver here only received what he was about to dish out to another innocent person. Don’t feel bad for a second!!

Now playing

Ford of 1970 sees your flailing cowboy mannikin and raises you land mines.

Is it really too much to ask for a nice, reasonably priced, 3 row EV and/or plug in in the states?

Bodywork isn’t the issue here. Lucas Electrics meet 70's/80's British electronics (Sinclair!?) is a recipe for disaster. Minimal documentation, when they were new, combined with low production volume and constant changes throughout the production run make a full, numbers matching restoration about as easy as

They’re there to protect the seller’s shoes.

I have yet to meet an Altima Driver without a backstory.
