Yes - I’ve also developed the habit to click Start Slideshow>List Slides. If there are any on the list that I’d like to read more about, I’ll just open those slides separately.
I’m surprised “I did my own research” didn’t make it into the list.
I contribute the maximum allowed every year and haven’t deducted a cent from my HSA in all the years I’ve had it. As others have noted, that allows it to grow tax free. I figure I’ll have plenty of medical expenses in retirement, and in any case--again, as others have noted--it essentially becomes another…
I came here to say this - 1% is far too high. I wonder if it shouldn’t be 0.1%...
Right on. And every return is based on what investment is available to you. Front loaded funds with a 2% expense ratio? Good luck.
This.
I’ve been doing a lot of zoom interviews for my company over the past year, and I can honestly say that it’s unlikely anyone would even notice the headset. Our coworkers wear headsets, too. The big key to me, though, would be to make sure it’s a headset that has a stable mic. The worst is when people use wired earbuds…
Another Tesla hit piece from Jalopnik. You wouldn’t even be writing about a car being locked to a Supercharger if it weren’t a Tesla! I haven’t seen a single post on Jalopnik about other cars locked to Tesla Superchargers.

When you turn off the engine, they come up slightly so that you can lift them if necessary.
People have been putting their wipers up, probably ever since shortly after motorized wipers were added to most cars in the snow-belt. In all that time, if the problems cited in the article were frequent, folks would have stopped doing it. I’ve never heard of them being broken by wind, having the rubber blown off or…
This alone made me leave Bank of America for a bank that used an authenticator app like E-Trade. After multiple zelle hacks, I just couldn’t mitigate anymore and had to leave.
Sony is the only company that iterates their consoles by number. The SNES wasn’t the NES 2, etc.
Yes and no... In a condo you have HOA fees which cover much of that upkeep for the general building elements (boiler and sewer and exterior repairs) but that gets factored into the bank’s mortgage qualification calculation when you purchase along with insurance and taxes.
I would argue that the HOA fees you probably have in that condo should count toward the maintenance because that’s where most HOA money goes.
Mariners fan here, got my shot 18 years ago.
Orioles fans can’t get them in June.
you still call/email because when an elected official has the numbers to back up a position (“I’ve heard from thousands of constituents” goes a lot farther than “I’ve heard from a few constituents”
