Exactly this.

Yeah same in NJ (and my rep is D too). It doesn’t help in the current situation, but if you are afraid of this continuing, electing state representatives who won’t help the gerry mandering that makes it increasingly likely that republican presidents will be elected by a majority of electoral votes but a minority of

Keep in mind that as several million Americans re unemployed, facing evictions, and trying to eke out a survival on unemployment, the President is screwing with the USPS, the USPS is saying lacks the funds to make it to years end, and other issues - the Senate just announced its taking two weeks vacation.

My two friends in Texas live in blue districts. I don't think that Cruz or Cornyn would do much about this though.

Texas Democrat here. The problem is, you give Ted Cruz a call and the moment they detect even a hint of blue in you they polity disconnect your call...

I agree that the Lifetime Wealth Ratio goes in the wrong direction.

Some people might want to use a 401k loan, and all of them combined will make a larger balance to borrow against.

Sure, but 401k plans have a limited menu of investment options. If you roll it over into an IRA you have a nearly unlimited menu to choose from.

Throughout my childhood, I was always a late sleeper and had trouble getting out of bed.

Now, after a few years of a set work schedule, I can’t really sleep in past 7 or 8 on my days off. One of the biggest things that’s helped me is using one of those alarm clocks that simulate a sunrise. (Philips wake up light, i

Yeah I think keeping people off Uber is the ticket, because this subscription only makes sense for extreme power users who were already using Lyft that much in the first place—if it means they won’t check both apps to look for a deal every time they need a ride, that’s indeed a win-win for both parties.

Am I supposed to wait 30 minutes for the service to be done to use the bathroom, when there is one toilet literally 10 steps from me?

as somone with bad kidneys, i’m gonna piss at the first available bathroom; end of story. i can’t wait. if anyone gets in my way of using the lavatory in a reasonably timely manner, I’m gonna piss on you. i’m usually flying for work and not leisure and I didn’t have the luxury of choosing what tickets i could buy. you
