I get away with the Anker 735 for travel. It’s only 65W, but unless I’m really pushing my laptop, that’s usually fine for extended periods. Looks significantly smaller than the 736, and probably lighter too.

I have had one of these for a while and when I went into one of these secure facilities they made me take it off. Basically anything with a radio was a problem.
I remember when I was 23 and my peers and I were brought to a meeting room to meet a very important senior executive at our company. This senior exec was undoubtedly going to have influence on what job we got next and which team we would go to. I happened to be last in line of the 6 of us and I watched as all of them…
I have interviewed 58 people this year. We’re hiring a lot. The number of people that talk about “the team” is ridiculous. Every time I get someone who talks about “the team” doesn’t get hired unless they quickly back it up with what they did. This is my best interview advice.
Too bad this list is limited to US - Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal all probably pretty good, and in many ways more metropolitan than the cities on this list.
Yeah, totally agree - I don’t really understand this advice.
“Commute together” - this one made me literally lol. I can only imagine the horrible stress of commuting while trying to find someone you don’t know and match up your schedule and routine with theirs. This sounds like a marriage test, not a first date.
Points for specific retailers: sure, ignore those.
Have literally always made it this way (learned from my mom) and have never had it any other way. I was today’s years old when I found out that most people don’t make it this way.
This is simply not true. Most of the equipment providing Internet service is on commercial power and less likely to go out. If it does fail, it's extremely likely that it has backup power.
Ha, yeah - having pretty good results with the EL55 — just got them last week. The problem is that I am constantly buying the refills now. Can easily go through 40 hours in a week....gets pricey.
Does it work with mosquitos? We have been trying everything but would love if something like this worked to keep mosquitos out of our direct area.
Thank you! I was losing my mind trying to figure out how today was supposed to be a Tuesday - Aug 3 2023.
Possible but extremely unlikely. The implications of Zoom selling my corporate meetings (it's not like I'm on some free account) would jeopardize their entire enterprise business.
The article is totally correct. The only thing I can’t explain:
This headline sucks.
Tend to agree - I scoured around and found a 4th gen iPad Mini (no case, no earbuds) for $130 on eBay last year. Turned it into a great kids tablet that plays most of the simple toddler games well enough and handles Netflix/YouTube about as well as anything. Saving a few more bucks to go back 2 generations doesn’t…
Exactly! I know this is going to freak some people out, but knowing the full history of who put what where is not really relevant to how you use an item. If someone threw up in an ice bucket 2 years ago, and it’s been cleaned (even a little) and rinsed, and used by a dozen other people, there’s really no health risk…
Most scripted podcasts (Welcome to Nightvale, Midnight Burger, etc.) owe something to Thrilling Adventure Hour, which is the OG of scripted podcasts as far as anyone can tell.
Real worry: car crash.
