Luckily the old one is very loose, which is partially how it broke.

ParkaBoy is correct here - I’ll go a step further: if you read it legally, I have a proprietary lease from a corporation that I legally own. So technically, I lease (rent) my apartment from a corporation that I am the (part) owner of. That means it’s legally an “apartment.”

This is a common misconception. I own in a co-op, which are kind of the “in between” ground between condo and rental unit. They are owned by the tenets, but the tenets don’t technically own the property the way a condo owner does. These are most commonly called apartments.

I was thinking it was possible they put the faucet in first, and then put the sink in. I’d imagine that’s not typical.

I knew there was a specific tool, but I am not sure it’ll fit?

I own, but OK?

Weird question that’s been bothering me for a while, and this seems related, so hopefully someone who has expertise in sinks and faucets can help.

I think you’re probably joking, but this (basically) exists!

I mean, OK, functionally these are all perfectly valid points. But none of them actually make Crypto Credit Cards a bad idea.

People who refuse the vaccine on political grounds should be made ineligible for health insurance. I can't wait for a health insurer to require it.

I decided to not hire a guy this week because he’s not vaccinated.

I’m young and low risk, so is my wife. We are fully vaccinated.

In my 20s, I really loved having an HSA. The High Deductible Plan worked well for me (I nearly never had a medical expense) and the HSA was funded partially by my employer. I got to build up some little savings year over year, and then put it in the stock market and watched it grow.

Also, Precheck has been included in Global Entry since at least 2015.

Was the fix a new ice maker?

I have a sub zero fridge and freezer combo. The freezer has a standard ice maker. I’ve noticed my ice freezes together - I assume this means my freezer is letting the ice get warm and wet and then refreezing. The fridge and freezer seem to be working fine otherwise. Nothing in the freezer is ever spoiled or melted or

You dodged a bullet.
