If you want details on that and all the other ways Seagal has been a terrible person, the Behind The Bastards podcast did a pretty amusing couple of episodes on him.

Fairey says he’s busy, tell them to leave a message on his answer machine.
Somewhere in a dusty file cabinet in their offices is a spreadsheet showing the correlation between snark and clicks (and $$ of course). What they forgot to do was print off the second page of the spreadsheet that showed there’s a limit to how amusing snark is. The guy who remembered that was laid off 15 months ago.

The fact that you call it that tells me you’re not ready.
Let’s ask him once he’s paid of his vacation home (where he goes to get away and pleasure himself off the clock).
No, but let’s say a guy is so addicted to the pleasure derived from masturbation that he does it in the middle of a work call or a birthday party or Christmas dinner? Maybe that level of compulsive masturbation is the kind of thing someone addicted to it would seek help for.
“although he also didn’t give a particularly strong rationale for why, in the name of god, he’d ever want to put himself on television, and thus in the all-seeing eye of the internet, ever again.”
As long as his Loki doesn’t wear a dumb head dress that makes him look like he has bug antennae I’d be willing to give it a shot.

FWIW you’ve articulated it better than I ever could have. Spot on.
You make a good point, but without having any evidence to back it up I’m guessing more than a few people who would cheer on this article, perhaps even the author, would say “I don’t vote Democrat, they’re too right wing for me, I vote Green” Or “I won’t vote for a party that stole Bernie’s rightful nomination away…
This happened in 1999, which was 20 years after the organization admitted its first black members. My guess is she did not know, unless it was in their member handbook or something.
By the way, at age 19 I still half heartedly belonged to the Catholic Church, and organization with a racist past (some would say present) and a history of enabling sexual abuse. I look forward to being called out as I definitely should have known that at 19 and renounced my lukewarm involvement at the time.
Why do you think I post anonymously?
