No, the dress uniforms are cut for women — it’s just that not every woman is shaped the same and the fabric is kind of stiff. Some people (men and women) luck out by having the right shape for the clothes, some people get them tailored, and some just look uncomfortable.

I loved the way my BDUs (battle dress uniform/cammies/fatigues) fit. The pants are cut to be baggy on men without falling down, so they were perfect — small waist with bigger hip/thigh area.
