I mean, Uber has to find SOME way to be profitable. They’re gonna try the Amazon/Google model where at least some of the products are profitable enough that they can sustain their investments/research/operations when venturing into new opportunities.

Is it the same gearbox for the Mustang and F-150? I would’ve imagined the F-150 one has to be stronger/heavier for towing duty.

It’s simple: cost. They’re splitting the cost of the transmission, and they’ll probably end up using it in similar applications (pony car with 400~650 HP).

I agree, Audi’s rear ends are elegant, simple, yet attractive.

If your commute is 80 miles in traffic, a Prius or another CPO hybrid might be the best option. If you want fun, get a CPO Cadenza/Azera/Lacrosse. Those are comfortable cars that will have enough power for spirited driving.

That’s the thing, most people who want “comfort” probably prefer an SUVs additional space and suspension travel. Luxury non-sport sedans are a dying breed.

You got cockblocked, mate.

In this case, torque is a consequence of the higher rotating mass of the Diesel engine. Since compression ratios are that high, you need the heavy duty components, and that’s what gives diesels the 300k+ mile life you see in Cummins, Powerstrokes and Duramax engines.

Boats stop surprisingly quickly in water the moment you lay off on the throttle.

That was precisely my inspiration.

And a smoke stack

It’s insane, ridiculous, absurd, wasteful, a complete and utterly useless monster. Can I have mine in yellow, please?

Boy, my wife was PISSED when she saw that ad. “SO WHAT, IS IT SUPPOSED TO BE FUNNY THAT 80 YEAR OLDS HAVE TO WORK BAGGING GROCERIES BECAUSE THE ECONOMY IS GARBAGE???”

You’re the hero we have, but don’t deserve.

“It didn’t have Autopilot, automatic parking or massage seats. If you want those, you have to go with the totally equivalent S560"

If Nissan hasn’t killed the model, it means it’s still selling. Who the hell buys a 10 year old model these days? Is not like this car is loaded with features, nor it looks super “modern” these days, and it’s definitely not a super cheap car for ricers performance oriented drivers on a budget to be interested in.

You’re thinking of the Flex RS

You should start publishing short novels, at a minimum. This story was beautiful.

I was coming here to say “no love for the Ford Flex?”. You’ve restored my faith in humanity’s common sense, kind stranger.
