May I recommend checking out the Taiwanese art of glove puppetry, they are often used in action packed tv series, with a lot of cool effects. It’s very different from this, but nonetheless enjoyable 

I think it’s pretty cool they hired actual POC artists for the vocals of the songs, Carole’s singing voice is done by this Atlanta based artist Nai Br.XX. This is rarely done in Anime

I really appreciate that they found a diverse group of artists to do the actual singing
