Obstruction? No. Who puts a giant obstacle in front of their TV? Also realize there’s only so much you can test. Checking to see if a family of 4 each with 2-3 bluetooth enabled devices sitting within a 25 foot radius will mess with a signal is a bit of an outlier situation. If you test for EVERY possibility, even the

Dead Pixels would be a defect that your warranty would cover, since it’s not supposed to happen.
BlueTooth - What do you think the Joy-Con connect via? They’re likely not letting people access it yet while they’re working on something.
Controllers: Clearly you haven’t used them yet. In the grap they’re fine and

PS3 lost to the Wii, by over 25 million units of hardware.

And we can’t compare the software numbers super accurately because Sony reported PS2 and PS3 software sales totals as a combined figure for the first 2 years of the PS3's life, mostly to cover up the fact the system was flopping at the time, as very few people

Published by Konami. Means Nintendo’s supply chain has nothing to do with it.

You ever work in testing? Its not like they had systems ona table and sat on their couches and checked. Most of them were likely at cubicles where the controllers were a foot or two away from the system.

True, but if there’s a kart racing at the Universal Park they’re working on, this would be competition, no?

Pretty sure the programming and marking departments are a seperate group from the legal department.

That’s a Japanese law. Its pretty clearly defines “unfair competition” as using someone else’s trademarks or copyrighted works to promote your business without permission.

Unfair Competition Prevention Act is a Japanese law (since this is happening in Toyko.)
Let’s look at the first part of article 2, which when translated to English, defines “unfair competition”
    Article 2(i):

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I’m pretty sure all the stuff from the 3DS version got ported to the Wii U version, but you had to buy it on the 3DS version to unlock it.

Perhaps a pawn shop would have been better? Cash and you have 30 days to get the same PS4 back. Pretty sure they’d given you close to a $100 for a loan.

I’ve used it a couple of times, but ususally its a link inside the game itself (like Smite linking out to official game announcements) or when I just don’t wan to grab my phone to look something up about the game I’m playing.

I was totally indifferent to this skin, but now, seeing all the hate, I might get it just to see how many people rage-quit in matches because I’m using it.

Happens with pretty much any multiplayer game with any competitive aspect, even when playing for fun. I’ve gotten PSN messages screaming at me for Smite, Paladins (which is still in closed alpha for christs sake), Paragon. Pick a character people don’t like, you gonna have a bad time, no matter what the platform.

The ruling didn’t address that at all though. In appeals they got the EULA copyright violation overturned, but the court then slapped them with a violation of the DMCA for trafficking in copyright circumvention technologies. They specifically stated that MDY making a profit was irrevelant to the decision, that either

Not really. Very few cases involving “mods” have made it far in the legal system thus far, but the ones that have, namely the MDY Industries, LLC v. Blizzard Entertainment case, found that while the EULA was largely unenforceable, the mods created by MDY still violated Blizzard’s copyright.
    Basically, even mods are

During the Itawa era they shut down a party at PAX for using official Pokemon assets without permission. So yeah, they’ve always done this.

Still love the chair hop. Or last year’s ride on Big-E’s shoulders.

You were playing Oddjob weren’t you?

None of the Rock Band stuff is available for the PS4. And only the guitar bundle is available for the XB1.
