I'm trying to find a connection between the title and the article other than "People will read this thinking that it'll be a rant or op-ed," but there's not really anything. Bait and switch titles aren't cool.

That's really cool- I wish there were more of these around. I carry everything I could need to repair my bike in my backpack- pump, patch kit, spare tire tubes, tire wrench, allen wrenches, phillips head screwdriver, etc. Pittsbugh is nice for biking but a few of these would be really clutch.
