Don't knock it before you've tried it.

Which is easier- acting holier-than-thou or immature on the internet?

What, were you too young to play it back in 2004?

I don't really see a contradiction. Here's another comparison- a bunch of guys watching Black Hawk Down, or a bunch of guys watching PoV porn where a woman acts like she's your boo. One definitely seems a bit more sad and pathetic.

It also looks especially stupid of people to ignore capitalization and throw on excessive punctuation, but I digress.

Pittsburgh is on the up-and-up for a lot of reasons. Lots of films are being shot in the city due to state tax-credit incentives- 2011 had The Perks of Being a Wallflower, Dark Knight Rises, One Shot, Steel Town, and a few other small pictures. 2009-2010 had I Am Number Four, Warrior, Love and Other Drugs, The Next

This is definitely Pittsburgh. I took a few minutes and picked out a few of the buildings I could identify- they swapped One Oxford Place and the BNY Mellon Building, and for some reason Brottier Hall is just slapped in the middle of it all. That highway sign seems bogus though, there's no interstate 7_ that leads to

Apple fans are supposed to be the pretentious ones, and not the other way around.

Why would you want to save a hipster's life?

"Getting hit by a car, yes then I can see some pretty big head trauma but that's the cars fault. And when hit you're going to be badly hurt, helmet or not. "

Truck is about as common a term as they come where Skateboarding is concerned. It wouldn't be proper to call the front axle of a truck a wheel-stick.

"You hate me? Nah, it's cool, I'm TRYING to be a dick!"

See "Part of the reason."

No need to re-invent the wheel here. Microsoft could either join the ranks of those who use a useful technology, or further fracture the industry by introducing three new "standards."

Sounds like a first-world problem: Someone can drop $300 on a console, but the second they can only afford games for $40 instead of $60 it's discrimination.

Processing power doesn't scale simply to visual realism. I'm all for more computational power, it can only add to games. More interaction, more physics-based stuff, higher frame rates, all of these can add to different types of games. Stop thinking about textures and polygon meshes (though both of these are

"I just hope they do not go after Gawker & company again"*

Every university English class I've ever taken would disagree.

Why not just say "real," instead of writing quote/unquote? Those are made for when you're talking to someone who can't see the air-quotes or sense sarcasm.
