I’m sick to death of that fact of Marks being bandied around yes it was 2.2 million in 1980 but which team spent an inflation adjusted 490 million dollars only 23 years later to come second in the 2003 championship? Yes, thats right, Williams. They spent more that season than teams are spending now without a budget

The problem is, level 5 is a fantasy.

The answer has always been and will always be human supported by great driver aids.

We can’t all charge at home. That’s why petrol stations have worked so well for so long. Why do so.many pro EV people ignore this very simple fact.

I’ll be honest I’m more worried about the fact Jalopnik is dying. Endless articles doing a hot take on other peoples articles is not journalism.

This is a non news story ripped from another site reporting non news that was already available direct from F1 when the new regs were announced 2 weeks ago.

The question is why would you not wear a helmet? I suppose the same reason people ride at night without lights or with lights so poor they might aswell not have bothered.

I wonder how much further down the road we’d be with hybrids, bevs and hydrogen fuel cell technology if car companies and research institutes stopped wasting time and money on driverless cars.

I’m pretty sure that’s a Tesla dude

A restomod De Tomaso Pantera GT5 would definitely be in my lottery garage.

To be fair Tesla fans have done nothing but compare drag times with almost every other super, hyper or any other performance car out there.

I can see it being an American feel good movie that leaves out or at least massively downplays any British involvement in the project.

You don't think there's huge propaganda on both sides? If there's money and control to be had, there's propaganda.

JEV confusing Vegan agenda for BEV agenda. Also says FE is only green motorsport when F1 has been at worst Carbon neutral since 1997 (something I found out the other day and yes that includes freight and air travel).

In my S90 I have them preheating while I’m sat inside from Volvo's app.

I’d agree. I had a good look around this car at Goodwood Festival of Speed this year and it’s a very nice place to be. First time I’ve been tempted to look towards electrics although it is still a big premium over an ICE S60 sized car.

Having seen them both in person at Goodwood there’s no way you’d confuse the 2 of them

Tesla. The beta test you pay for.

Am I right in thinking that Musks original goal with Tesla was to push mainstream manufacturers towards electric cars?

Modern Darwinism in play.
