I don't get the problem with the word "actress". It contains information. It's a woman whose occupation is acting. And? Now, on the other hand, take a term like "woman artist", which assumes that an artist is by default a man.

It's not just the lighting, trust me. I'm a photographer. To make her face, arms and legs 5 shades lighter than her actual skin tone is with lighting, that dress would be so blown out it would be invisible.
