A 488 in Brazil is costing something around US$ 700.000 in the actual FX rate, in our local currency it is roughly R$ 2.400.000,00

Unfortunatelly in some places armored cars are a need, I understand that living in a developed country may have taken you away from reality, but, here in Brazil for example, we don’t buy armored cars to be protected from AK47's or IED, we buy it here simply because idling at a red light is a life threatening act.

I actually had one of this here in Brazil, 6 cylinder top of the range trim HSE. I have to confirm it was a crap car, I mean it was good when everything worked, but everything worked only like 5 times during 5 years.

Man, pineapple on pizza is already too much for me, I never had Durian but I sense it is off limits.

Sir,you must be kidding me.

Brazilian here, I understand you not wanting to mix topics, but trust me we need any support on this. This guy was elected supporting that he is a mix of Trump and Morality, but to be honest he is more a mix of Adolf Hitler with Religious dictator, we are fucked here down south.

I don’t want to sound like an a-hole, but.... Kristen Lee texts are so bad written and with a profound lack of funnynes that I can’t even.

Both are full of shit

Druglords in Brazil never operates AK’s here, it is always AR-15's and .50, handguns are usually Glocks.

Brazillian here, I myself own an armored car, and I would never be able to have peace of mind without having one. Just like que quote on the text said, it is not a matter of if, it is a matter of when. Of course guns are banned here, but laws never affected our druglords, politicians and crazy police forces.

Brazilian here, I spent 2 months living in Bogotá last year and the TransMilenio is good but it is not even close to be as good as the subway (I live in São Paulo, Brazil. We have subway here). The deal with the TransMilenio is that if you live in the central portion (and most expensive neighborhoods) in Bogotá you

Not surprised, being Brazillian I am used to cars who should be cheap but are marketed as upper class in our emerging markets. Just to you know Civic, Corolla, A-class, BMW 3 series, Audi A3 are alll considered expensive and desired cars, below the prices we pay for the cars you (USA) call econoboxes:

In Brazil we have both Jetta and Golf with the 1.4 TSI, also we have Golf with the 1.0 TSI.

Hi guys, brazillian here. What happened in this case is that the concrete “piston” is actually static since there is no connecting rod installed. I can’t understand how this thing was balanced enough to work on three pistons only but the owner only perceived that the motor was running a little erratic.

Brazil > Chile > Peru > Brazil in a LR? Did it, 23 days of 8 hours+ inside the car, two friends riding bikes (Triumph Tiger 1200 and BMW GS1200 Adventure), that was a hell of a trip.
