They also have an unwritten thing where job titles are basically gendered (only one man has had my job title in 10 years and he was quickly promoted out of it) - so I couldn’t legally compare my salary with that of a man who does the same type of work because his job title is different and/or more lofty sounding.

I really recommend Bare Minerals Pop of Passion. They’re super pigmented and moisturizing and they leave a nice stain on your lips that stays even after eating. It’s not the same color you started with, but kind of a base of pink, orange, or whatever the underlying tone of the shade happens to be. I love them.
