It’s really just astounding that he is getting away with this shit.

It’s about establishing precedent so that the next time someone tries this, they can swat it down a lot quicker and harder. Or if not, find the limits of the current laws so that new ones can be passed to cover the loopholes.

Something / anything must be done. Hopefully the punitive damages awarded will be hundreds of millions $$$ to set an example what Musk’s psycho hubris has cost him.
