Already ahead of you… hysteria purple metallic C8 Z06. Although everyone keeps saying “it looks dark blue”. Haha.
No, I understood the joke.
Do they? Because they seem to be entertaining quite a few right wing authoritarian leaders themselves recently.
Toyota already has a 4% stake in Yamaha Motor Corp. I would imagine that Toyota would try to gobble up more shares if Honda ever looked longingly at Yamaha.
I agree the name is bad. They should have just used one of their existing brand names that people already recognize.
Honda and GM aren’t moving forward on EVs anymore; Honda walked away from that partnership. The Prologue and ZDX are the end of that road; unless Honda wants to reverse course. Sony is Hondas current partner for EVs; but I doubt the volumes are going to be very large.
The irony of Tesla finally admitting during the last earnings call that the current hardware in the vehicles will never be capable of “Full Self Driving”… and the stock price going up.
As much as I hate the “everything is a subscription” trend, it actually does make sense for a feature like Super Cruise to have a recurring cost for users. GM has people out driving the roads mapping, validating, and updating the data that is used by Super Cruise. This is an ongoing process so that they can ensure the…
Honda has already walked away from the partnership with GM on EVs. The Prologue and ZDX will likely be the only Honda/GM EV products. Honda is pursuing EVs with Sony now (Afeela), which I don’t think is a bad idea; but it will definitely be smaller scale than what they could have done with GM.
Honda would benefit from this merger, otherwise they wouldn’t even have considered it; but they (rightfully) want to call the shots and not let the management team at Nissan become a boat anchor around their necks.
Good luck finding one. They stopped making them a little while ago.
The BMW that was holding up the lead Corvette was 55 laps down from the race leaders; at that point your not even in contention. In my opinion IMSA should have penalized the entire BMW team for this move. It’s simply unsportsmanlike.
The BMW wasn’t just “a few laps down”, he was 55 laps down from the race leaders. He repeatedly tried to hold up the Corvette, which is what got him the penalty; and this incident happened just before he went into the pits to serve that penalty. IMSA should have penalized the whole BMW team for this move.
Oh, for sure. And I do believe that GM should give consumers as much choice and flexibility as possible in this regard; after all, nearly 60% of US smart phones users have an Apple device. But I’m just saying that the system at least works well, and isn’t a complete disaster to use.
Don’t be obtuse.
I’m not offended by plastic body panels, I own a C8 Z06. Lol. I certainly think composite panels will become more prevalent in the future. Many advantages to working with those materials (but also some disadvantages).
The new Shelby GT350 was unveiled today… limited production (562 units) and $100k+ price.
Actually some great deals on CPO Lyriqs right now. I don’t think I would opt for a Blazer EV over a Lyriq at those prices.
That rear lighting design is the same across all Lyriqs, not just the new V. It does give the car a unique character, but I agree it’s a bit over the top in my opinion.
