Eh… I mean, that doesn’t exactly look like the easiest place to reach. Let’s not forget that this vehicle is quite large. I suspect that frunk isn’t very user friendly with the high hood and deep inset placement. I mean, yes, it’s pretty ridiculous that it’s part of an optional package; but I have to think that Dodge

I’m normally not one to suggest a vehicle lease over a purchase, but at this point in our transition to EVs, leasing might actually make the most sense. Battery technology is still rapidly evolving and with incentives being better for leases, it seems like a lease is a low risk and low cost (relatively) way to drive

I think they qualify if you do a lease (like any EV still does thanks to the loop hole).

I’ve always been a relatively early adopter, so I’m not technology averse by any means. I want some amount of technology and integration in my cars. I just feel like automakers are throwing everything plus the kitchen sink into cars these days, and I’m not sure that all of it really serves an actual purpose. For

I feel like automakers are reaching the point where they are doing “too much”. Rear wheel steering, 8 drive modes, turbo, hybrid, PHEV, AWD…. I get that the C63 is supposed to be the “top dog” of the C class range, but all this seems like overkill to me. How many drivers are really going to use all of that capability?

Except that some of these lighter colors can create a horribly annoying glare on the inside of the windshield. You can even see if in the pictures you posted; just look at that bright orange interior compared to the dark green one. At least keep the top of the dashboard a reasonably darker color to keep the glare

It’s worse than “stupid”, they are willfully ignorant

And for some reason they just love to punch down on future generations; rather than trying to uplift them to achieve even greater things tomorrow.

Ok, maybe I don’t understand how the system works; but what I understood was that the Kia Connect App lets you see a live 360 stream of the vehicle surroundings. Are people really sitting at dinner or in a meeting with a live 360 stream of their vehicle open on their phones? Or does that function also do recording and

Oh…. Well I’m not sure when that would ever be particularly useful, but ok. I mean if your that worried about the surroundings where you parked the car, why park it there in first place?

Wait wait wait… the 360 camera is locked behind a subscription?

<takes notes> add cupcake icing to shopping list for Saturday’s brisket.

Hold up, it’s not “his” tunnel tech. The boring company bought an off the shelf tunneling machine. They also didn’t invent the idea of vacuum tube travel.

Ok, but… 40k miles isn’t exactly a lot. Many factory warranties cover more miles than that (isn’t Volvos own warranty 4 years or 50,000 miles?). I wouldn’t expect a modern engine to develop issues that early.

The Tesla-stans operate like a cult. There is only Tesla, other cars don’t exist to them outside the context of Tesla first.

Congrats! Always liked the A3 hatch. You should definitely go the “Eurotuning” route with this one. Haha. All the better that it’s the PHEV.

Likewise, I’ve always liked the A3 hatch; maybe that just a remnant from my time living in the EU. But this A3 PHEV never quite made sense to me. I hope Bradley enjoys it though.

Those Volvos were also “twin charged”; which even Volvo dropped for a simpler single turbo set up when they refreshed the model lines a couple years ago.

It’s Bradley… his garage already has a few VAG group vehicles without a warranty. None of this should surprise us!
