CLT - Charlotte…

$13.99! Man, that inflation really is a killer!

This is Florida we are talking about… you’re asking for actual enforcement of window tint laws?

As yourself, do you really want a new generation Evo? Because with the current market trends it’s going to look something like this:

You forgot one… “moist”….

Hey, you know how these days everybody has to be “a boss” and an “entrepreneur”….

My guess is that (if it’s even true) it will be pretty much as you have described. Luxury in this instance needs to be understood in the context of Mitsubishi. Range Rover may be what they are “aiming” for, but in reality the target is probably more the $50k level of “luxury”, not $100k.

Grew up outside of the U.S. and indeed, Pajero/Montero was very much an aspirational car for many people. A friends dad had a V55W Pajero Evo, which made him literally the coolest guy on the planet at the time. My dad almost pulled the trigger on importing an EC5A Galant VR4 with the twin turbo 2.5L V6 (in purple no

Agreed. One of the biggest issues with the previous generation was the atrocious MPG. This new one is hardly any better. Hopefully the hybrid and PHEV address that; but expect the PHEV to be expensive.

People go to Ferrari, Porsche, and Lamborghini dealerships to look around all the time too… doesn’t mean they are actually buying one.

At the risk of sounding somewhat xenophobic, a close friend who still lives in Florida said to me that a lot of immigrants to Florida are used to living under a dictatorship, and so they seem to vote accordingly. I’m not sure I agree entirely with that sentiment, but it’s perhaps also not entirely without merit.

I used to live in South Florida… back in the before times… when you could still get home owners insurance without having to sell both kidneys… it wasn’t perfect… but it wasn’t like this. Now I look at Florida and all I feel is sadness and disappointment… it didn’t have to be this way… but this is the way it is. So

^bingo

But how is this a “stupid offer”?

Oh, so the used car market is returning to normal and cars are once again depreciating assets?
