I thought powered armor is supposed to make you invulnerable to falling damage?

Yeah, but the suit you get early is functional but dilapidated, all covered in rust and beaten by the passage of time. It gets damaged in places and you need to spend resources to repair it at special crafting stations.

It is amusing that Trump named his book Crippled America, because I think a crippled nation are what most voters would associate with his hypothetical leadership.

Aw crap. I wanted an old-timey hat, but I had to avoid a fedora due to the douchebro associations it has. Are you saying the douchebros are going to take my newsboy cap away from me too?

As Colbert once said, “Turns out even Republicians like some things about Obamacare - everything but the Obama part.”

Put another way, to a narcissist, “Reality is a matter of opinion.”

I suppose in one sense, it is not a “lie” if you believe it at exactly the moment you said it.

What I like about the Metro games is how well they illustrate the contrast between western and eastern versions of a nuclear apocalypse.

“I’mma’ let ya’ finish!”

I remember actually getting to play Starcraft: Ghost at E3 back in 2004. I really admired just how right they got the environment. It looks and feels a lot like parts of rural western Washington, and I love that they show the environment off in both the daytime beauty and the haunted nights.

Growing up as a male in our society makes it difficult to avoid internalizing some degree of machismo, and I do not necessarily think it is bad, I just try to express it hopefully non-toxic ways. I do find a certain kind of weakness contemptible, but mainly when such weakness is expressed via aggressive posturing,

Is it just me, or are there some states out that that seem to be in a state of civil war between a plurality of their citizens and everyone else living there? It is like, “We’re going to fuck you all over so we can beat our chests and feel righteous! Your health, safety, and prosperity is expendable in the face of our
