I disagree; he's way more like the one on the comics than Toby Maguire's! He's a New Yorker with a New Yorker accent, he's a cocky smart ass and a wise crack. He's caring about his aunt, shy around Gwen, etc.

Well, I live in Miami and I've always lived in the Tropics. Anything under 50 degress is "freezing" for me.

I'm going to disagree with most people's opinion here; as a lifelong Spider-Man fan and comic book reader I think Andrew Garfield's Peter Parker and Spider-Man are both fantastic. He's as much a fan of the character as we are, and I think the Amazing Spider-Man reboot was a better Spider-Man movie than the original

Canada? Is it Canada? I bet it's Canada.

I'll try to be there; there's a lot going on this weekend a East!

I think that's a bad idea and I personally would hate it. I'd much rather people dive out of the way and keep the action flowing that stop and reload every time the AI gets in the way when I'm about to complete a chase or whatever.

People like you who hate FFXIV is the reason I love playing FFXIV :)

It was only a matter of time before this happened; I'm surprised it took this long, really.

I took a selfie with him at PAX Prime; for the 5 seconds we interacted he was nice as hell (And I interrupted him while he was almost literally running to a meeting). Big fan of his, great guy, the game industry is lucky to have him in spite of what idiot haters say.

There's one reason this game is better than anything that has come out since then. Its story. The writing was incredible, nowadays they put so much emphasis on the graphics and "features" that they completely overlook the only reason a game stays in our minds forever.

Thank you for your thoughtful reply and enriching the conversation with your logical and well expressed opinion.

Sounds like a bullshit copout, but whatever gets them to make more of my favorite genre.

I hated the first couple of Beta weekends I played, but the last two completely brought me around. It went from an awful game to a very nice MMO; it's still average, but it's no longer a broken mess. I pre-ordered and I'm expecting to play for a month or two; the PvP will definitely be fun. FFXIV will remain my

Your Freelancer job becomes more powerful based on how many jobs you have maxed out; other than that, just the ability to be able to mix and match every skill between classes.

I'm saddened by these news, you are one of the reasons I visit Kotaku, I'll start visiting polygon now :)

Those are all good points, although I think you are arguing against always online which I agree is bullshit and I hate myself; but this is not the case with this game. Sure, it's always online in the sense that it's a multiplayer only game, but that's not different than when Team Fortress 2 did it, or every

Nope, I am; otherwise a multimillion dollar game wouldn't be multiplayer only. Their marketing department did a ton of research on this, there's been surveys and studies done in order to find the best way to maximize their investment and as every review of every First Person Single Player campaign will attest the

Nope, but in this case I am in the majority and Titanfall is catering to my interests :)

My point is that regardless of quality or length the campaigns in shooters like this one that are meant to me multiplayer games are never the reason I continue to play them. Medal of Honor, call of duty; battlefield, it doesn't matter, ultimately the reason 90% of us buy these games is to play them multiplayer and
