I really enjoyed what I played today and I'm glad I picked it up ($48 on GMG last week :) thanks Kotaku commenter!)

The way I see it, I paid $60 for BF3 and the single player was shitty and not nearly as enjoyable as the multiplayer which is what I ended up playing exclusively and the longest anyway.
I registered the day it was open for registration and I don't have it in my Origin library.
I disagree; I played it at PAX for 10 minutes and I would have paid $60 on the spot just to keep playing that same map with the same mechs. It's that much fun.
Fantastic article, it's sums up my exact feelings about mobile gaming. I felt the same about my phone vs portable consoles. Why do I need a 3DS over my iPhone? The answer of course is that mobile games are for the most part awful or gimmicky. The touch controls are also something that simply doesn't work well for…
How can an opinion be wrong?
I have never not had at least one thing in common with someone.
I haven't been this much into a game since Final Fantasy IX, and VI before it. Bravely Default is a huge win in my book and I can't wait for more of it, even though I'm nowhere close to beating it yet!
I don't think I have ever agreed with a single opinion you have posted on this site...
I second this feeling; I actually just bought a 3DS yesterday JUST to play this game and Kotaku is one of the reasons I even know about it. This game is making us old school Final Fantasy fans very happy today :)
Yeah, I hate it when Kotaku writers break into my house and force me to click on articles about games I don't care about at gunpoint.
It is very telling and sad that all Final Fantasies since X have been Final Fantasy in a only and this new game is Final Fantasy in everything but the name. I lived heroes of light and this ge looks great so far; I may have a new favorite JRPG series in my hands with this one.
Okay, that candid, super honest answer about microtransactions makes me want to buy the game just to support this guy and his company.
I'm not sure, I'm not very active on their forums but I'm sure it's been brought up before. They seemed to have fixed it on Garuda, but there are still a few other fights where it's an issue for some people (Titan's Plumes)
One of our guildies' particular color blindness makes him have a hard time differentiating subtetlies in shades of yellow/orange. I don't know the exact details, but I do know Titan's Plumes are nearly invisible to him. Luckily we are all very geared and just carried him through it.
That's cool, but they really need to add a color blind mode. A lot of the mechanics in the game are color coded and our color blind guildies are constantly dying because of it :(
So I have to buy the game, it's not F2P but it has in-game purchases anyway and I have to always be online which wastes the already measly 2GBs AT&T gives me anyway.
I'm a backer and I've played nearly every Adventure game that has come out since Monkey Island 1; I noticed right away that the puzzles were very easy, but I didn't mind at all. I'm no longer a 10 year old kid with tons of time to mull over a puzzle for 2 hours; I am a 33 year old family man with a full time job and I…
I ordered a custom cooled one; the Sapphire r9 290 Tri-X specifically; Amazon took my order but now the page that showed it as sold out doesn't even show up. My only hope is that it was enough to my foot in the door and get one once they are available. BitCoin miners are really ruining it for us gamers :(
I would love to test this out on my r9 290...if I was able to buy one...placed the order with Amazon over a month ago.
