I haven't seen one of these around in years. Perhaps that is a good thing, but I always thought that they cast a certain distinctive profile on the road, in a sort of space-age-late 80s-90s-plastic cool sort of way.

Gotta love that Signal Stat Dual Comm up top, thanks for the photos.
EVERY SINGLE ONE.
Thanks for the tips; I had a feeling that the Caprice would be a chore to find parts for, but not to that extent. Hopefully there'll be enough surplus Panther parts floating out here for a little while longer.
I'm hoping to snag a 90s B-Body or a 2003+ Panther for my first. Living in Queens, NYC doesn't exactly make that an easy task, but I'll be damned if it doesn't happen one of these days.
You can't beat a boat, that's for sure. Thanks for sharing the story, and I'm sorry to hear about the Caprice. On the plus side, you're still here and able to share the tale. :)
One of my favorite boats of the 70s for sure; thanks for sharing the story.
Those Cadillacs were lovely cars - you have good taste, my friend. It's a shame they don't make American luxury like they used to.
That hurts to read - poor Caprice. Glad you made it out alright though.
I've always liked the Ventura - you can blame Hollywood for that.
I wonder how many of these protestors/rioters took the media's initial reporting of inaccurate, fabricated, and/or contradictory 'witness' testimonies as the absolute truth, instead of comparing it to available evidence and reading through the actual ruling to determine why an indictment was not handed down.
Then you clearly aren't aware of how massively expansive the GTA IV modding scene is, and how it continues to expand to this day. Skyrim is still getting updated with an obscene amount of mods each day, in addition.
Ah, I see. Upon reading the article again it is stated that the drill did come in contact with the side and top of the train somewhat. Scary stuff indeed.
