So this is set after the boo saga but before the DBZ ending?
So this is set after the boo saga but before the DBZ ending?
Damn that sounds incredibly dissapointing. Specially because this was one of my most hyped games of the year
I just quit it because the combat system was terrible and the game had a ton of jankiness all around. I really want to play TW3 as it looks amazing but I’m afraid about spending $60 on a game that might be like TW2.
The thing giving me hope is that I’ve talked to a bunch of people that have the same opinion as me about…
OMG, someone revealed a game with actual in game graphics? Someone showed real work in progress with room for improvements?
Call the gaming police!!!! I need a new reveal trailer with mindblowing bullshit graphics that will then get downgraded to hell and beyond or I can’t get excited about this!!!
I know these will affect some devs and I hope Valve finds a way to fix it.
But... if you want to play a game without paying: Isn’t it easier to just pirate it instead of buying it and asking for a refund?
Yep.
It’s anime’s James Cameron’s Avatar.
Terrible everything..... but it just looks so damn nice
Yep.
Just saw the latest episode. The first half was basically Shirou and Archer having the exact same conversation with slighly different lines for the third chapter in a row.
Fate Zero was so damn great. Good plot developments, better writing, better pacing, a WAY more interesting cast of character, etc. A show that…
If only the plot was half as good as the animation production values.
They should have just given Gen Urobuchi full freedom to rewrite Stay/Night as he saw. His Fate Zero was amazing, this current one is only sort of fun when the fighting starts, but the writing and dialog is literally “every generic shonen ever”
From what I understand this is originally one of those japanese PC visual novels/games.
During the game you can follow 3 distinc “paths” that radically alter how the story plays out:
So there is “Fate”: Which is the ones they used for the first anime adaptation
There is Unlimited Bladeworks: Which is the ones this…
Agreed.
I’d love to see a blend of this with The Darkness
Yep.
I saw a another 5 minutes gameplay video the other day (of someone actually shooting) and it looks like the core shooting mechanics and graphical style could have been used to make a pretty decent game if it was about actually fighting enemies (Zombies, or gang member or something like the Darkness) instead of…
Honestly, the FE part of that game was not as dissapointing as the SMT part.
They firt promoted it with pictrues from the mainline SMT. Then they went full persona with Jpop and a highschool setting and all that crap
SCEA is the publisher of the Ps4 version.
So it’s probably them and not and capcom who decided to cheap out using Other Ocean
Sony most definitely has part of the blame here.
They actually published the Ps4 version of the game so as publisher it was also their responsability to make sure it wasn’t borken before they released it (specially if you are publishing a version of a fighter you want people to use at tournaments).
They are also…
At least the first Xenoblade sort of lets you just ignore the side content. But the way it’s written in this article:
Well good to hear that they are better than the quests in Xenoblade.
One of the biggest problems there is that not only were the objectives bad but they were given to you in a very uninteresting way. Like “Some spiders attacked me the other day, go kill 5 of them”. If they at least have more story content to them I…
This was next to Bloodborne as my most anticipated game of the year. But the more I read the less hyped I become.
Main quests are few and far in between? Having to do lots of Gathering/Killing quests? Grinding? 55 hours to get to one of the main features of the game? And even then you have to do 8 “needlessly time…
Agreed.
I’ve been looking forward to this game (this, Wonderful 101 and Bayonetta 2 were the games that convinced me to get a WiiU) but some of the stuff I’ve been reading doesn’t sound that good.
I just finished Xenoblade yesterday and while I loved the main story, the side content was pretty bad (lots of boring and…
This one really grows on you.
I disliked it the first couple of times I heard it but then it slowly started to grown on me and now I love it. It’s also really cool that the vocal are by the 3 guys that made the previous openings
Show me one part of my post where I say the game is ugly or not enjoyable?
Just because your product is good doesn’t give you a valid excuse to promote your game with “gameplay trailers” filled with fake footage.
See, if your game doesn’t look as good as some trailer your released 2 years ago then that’s ok, games…
