I doubt the disks would be the problem so much as the cases. If they are wider cases to accommodate the second disk, as the images imply, then those are not nearly as readily available as would be necessary for a launch this big. Not in the quality needed to actually protect the game. 

I assume coconut oil was used to clean up afterwards?
