I gave up on modern punk after trying to get into folk punk. Mind I do really like emo a ton though. Though these are just my opinions.

That’s kind of an odd reaction. I can understand not caring for a group, I’m in the same boat for plenty of artists, but none of them elicit that kind of response. Did Flea run over your dog or something?

I would take most things you read about them with a grain of salt. I think they’re great too, but they elicit strong negative reactions from some people for some odd reason.

Just another woman trying to cash in on the current hugbox woe-is-me culture. A general rule these days is to absolutely not believe any of these stories unless there is concrete proof.
