That’s a good point. There’s not really much left unseen after all that, haha.

It’s funny because back when he did write here, I was like, “Who is this longwinded asshole? And why am I reading 5000 words about X obscure JRPG?”

But after he left, I started to get it and I’m sad that I didn’t back then.

I watched all of Tim Rogers’ six hour video about the first game. You’d think they’d do me the courtesy of releasing that one. I guess the world doesn’t actually revolve around me. Still rude.

Oh, that’s really cool of them. Eastman still co-writes the comics for IDW, I believe. I’ve only read a little bit, but it seems like they’re still relatively popular and good.

I’m almost positive the town could just Kickstart this or Gofundme it or whatever. Or, like, write an email to Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird or something? They have to be loaded. Why you fucking up so hard, Northampon?

I think I have to disagree with this a bit. Read any/most books. How specific are character descriptions? Not usually very specific. I think it’s actually pretty easy to write a protagonist around a vague description that’s malleable.

I didn’t and won’t play Cyberpunk, so I can’t speak to it specifically. But I’m

I was admiring the hair options in the Wo Long demo last night. There aren’t that many choices, but they seem to represent various hair types pretty well? Maybe there will be more in the actual release.

“Merit-based rewards do exist. For example, one time, I went really hard and gave it my all, but didn’t get rewarded for it.”

No, it was like a mean enthusiasm. “I love LEGO, you stupid pieces of shit!”

Wild to see Tucker call something cruel considering what he says on the air most nights/every night.

I think I could see this being a thing, if it gets really good. Voice commands in games have been around for years, but I dunno how good they actually were.

Yeah, it seems like a step away from being like, “Computer, win this game of chess.” Hey, I won! Like, I guess it’s still better than watching a let’s play for people who can’t play, but it’s not much.

We all mostly know what NEEDS to be done to win in a game, generally. It’s the execution that’s the “play” part.

It’s

My cynical mind couldn’t even conceive that this movie might not be some weird movie about blocks, but in fact a movie about Tetris and its rise to popularity. Yikes for me, I think.

That’s possible. And what we can see of the room isn’t even that bad. It looks like 20 minutes would get it back into shape. Clutter just makes me lose it, so I’m getting a little second-hand anxiety, I guess.

Also, like, does he not ever get up in those 16 hours? Take some trash with you when you go to pee or get more food or whatever. I wouldn’t be surprised if he has a fridge near his setup, so why not a trash can?

Don’t tell me that. I don’t have a job right now and I need to be conserving money, haha.

Yeah, see that makes sense. We’re living in the times of crunch and shareholders dictating releases based on demand for immediate profit. I think the Switch has reached a graphical capability that will remain pleasing for some time, if studios are given the ability to work with it in the way they need.

I think a pro

God, I wanna play it so badly, but I really just can’t afford to be buying 50+ dollar games right now. RIP. Soon, though.

I’d have to poke around, but haven’t the newer Pokemon games been kinda janky? Maybe I’m wrong. In that case, keep doing what you’re doing, Nintendo.

I don’t really play my Switch, but it definitely sounds like some of their newer staples have suffered performance issues, and I imagine that wouldn’t have been the case on an even slightly more powerful system. Beyond that, I don’t think there’s anything wrong with what they’re doing.
