I'm certainly not. This is a terrible accident that several people on this thread hijacked to share misinformed opinions about pit bulls. Large dogs are more likely to cause serious harm than small dogs, that's just the case BECAUSE THEY ARE LARGE. It is also the case that large dogs have some history of being bred

Also, in other news, I've been fighting the good fight elsewhere in this post for your breed (I don't own a pit myself, but I own a small furry creature whose best friends are pits) . I wouldn't recommend you joining the fray (because they are ridiculous people, as I'm sure you know all too well), but feel free to

Yes, we are serious.

I'll admit it, I was the one who complained. I just expect my fellow KFC customers to be people I consider aesthetically pleasing, all right?!?!?!? What do they think this is, Burger King?

Hun, I am chill. I am just asking that people stop talking about how their rabbits died these horrible deaths. It demeans rabbits. If someone joked about their dog mauling their cat, people would be after them with pitchforks but people (trust me, not just you) think they can joke about spitting on the graves of

Seriously. My #1 peeve with people about their 'pet' rabbits. They kept Fluffy or Thumper outside in a hutch all by himself and interacted with 'it' for about 5 minutes a day and less in inclement weather. I think we all can guess what solitary confinement does to an animal..... My #2 peeve (I know, you didn't

BUNNIES ARE PERFECT AND IF YOU ALL DISAGREE YOU ARE ALL FASCISTS!!!!

I agree it's no one's place to judge her choices... but I just can't help but think that the whole thing is very anti-feminist. Which is ironic, considering she believes the image of Jessica Rabbit provides strength in her sexuality. I think real strength would come from having faith in your body as it is. I'm all for

This is my pet:

Bunnies forever! We lost our last (geriatric) rabbit a few months ago and this is making me want another so.dang.MUCH.

Also, ADOPT PEOPLE! There are plenty of adorable rabbits at shelters that need homes!

kinda breaks my heart to hear people say that bunnies are mean, or boring. Trained well from a young age, they are the sweetest, cutest pets ever. And very low maintenance, compared to cats or dogs. I think people expect them to be like hamsters, but they require more attention and socialization. Every nasty bunny I

Rabbits that haven't been fixed are really smelly, especially males, but fixed rabbits aren't. If you give them a hay box (like a cat litter box but filled with hay), they should do their business in there, so if you clean it often they shouldn't be smelly at all.

His feet have even bigger tufts of fur between the toes. Every time I get a good look at them I die a little. He's been with me for a year and a half and he STILL slays me with cuteness.

my only pets have been bunnies & they never stink(we never bathed them either). the poop doesn't even smell. they are VERY clean & the best pets evah!

I am glad you talked about how high maintenance rabbits are! Because I hate to be the Debbie Downer of the "cute rabbits yay" post, but whenever a certain type of pet "trends" like this, it usually doesn't end well. People go out and buy the animals in spades, for themselves or as cute little "presents" for loved

they don't, they're extremely clean animals. if you don't clean out their cages of urine and droppings at least once a day - then yes they would stink to high heaven

I AM HERE FOR THIS POST. LOOK AT THIS ADORABLE LITTLE MONSTER. (His name is Spock.)

He would probably have been an angel if he wasn't psychologically damaged by being named Uncle Kracker. My mom's neighbors gave their bunnies acceptable names (Flopsy, Mopsy, Cottontail, and Peter) and they were sweet as all hell.
