The dipshit execs at Fox have a very hard time juggling schedules, apparently— they can’t quite figure out which nights their entertainment programs air, and which nights baseball playoffs air.

To The Harry Potter Loving Public:
Dug on TSCC. The second season was getting into all kinds of interesting themes— I really enjoyed the “Learning Terminator” subplot.
Was soooooo pissed that Fox cancelled this one.
Yep. I was really digging the “Learning Terminator” subplot.
One of my faves is making a lattice-top apple pie, and then making the world’s simplest carmel sauce (sugar, butter, water, a tiny hit of vanilla, a tiny hit of salt, brown over heat, let cool a bit) and then drizzling that gorgeousness all over the pie. It coats the crust, and gets into the pie. Makes carmel apples…
If you have the time and a couple of bucks, listen to Marc Maron’s WTF interviews of Mel Brooks & Carl Reiner. In that order. Both very funny, and there’s a complete story that happens with both interviews.
I had no idea the top of his head grew back. Fantastic.
Next. Thanks.
You have no idea what others have been through. No idea at all.
*You* didn’t lose anything. And that’s fine. But it appears several other people did. That’s all.
Not up for you to tell people what they have had and haven’t had in terms of emotions and emotional connections.
It doesn’t matter if they know them or not. It’s not your place to tell others how to feel. If you find the display of emotion distasteful, that’s your prerogative. But that’s where it ends.
It’s inappropriate to tell people suffering loss how to mourn. Be silent. Be still.
It’s inappropriate to tell people how to express their grief.
If people want to express their grief due to loss, it’s not your place to tell them they can’t.
My go-to move.
A hundred guys wouldn’t have made a difference on last Friday night’s game.
And created Simpsons writer Dana Gould.
A guy walking fast through buildings. I do this every day on my commute. And I see just about as much of London’s art as this fellow here does.
