My point is that if they didn't care about selling contraception, they wouldn't care about selling Plan B, because Plan B is contraception.
Comcast also uses this tecknique. I tried to cancel my service a few months ago and every time I hit the menu option for "Reduce or cancel my service" it would immediately disconnect the call. I eventually had to choose "Add features to my service" to get a representative.
If pregnancy is a disease, Plan B is preventative medicine, not a cure.
