That was like watching a tiny little tennis match.

Nobody on Fakebook is a real friend.

Instead of fashion magazine and gossip sites doing side-by-side “Who Wore It Better?” layouts, the news should just go to a standard “Who the Trump Administration Plagiarized Today” feature.

Michelle’s words.

Not to mention she got real nasty when she turned down the professor’s unwanted sexual advances. That professor was low energy. Should’ve just grabbed it.

Is that why so many of them donated to his campaign and/or inaural fund? Or was that just to keep him out of their little club? Oh, well, that turned out to be money poorly spent.

HA!

Right? First (since 2009, for some reason) they imposed jingoistic flag-waving and national anthem singing on attendees - and it is an imposition; most people just want to see the game and maybe the cheerleaders and eat an unhealthy pile of nachos - and now thay add PRAYER? Way to risk losing your audience.

I want BBC America to play returns of old British Comedy. I want to see Are You Being Served, Chef!, Father Ted and Black Adder. The Young Ones also.

...the president correctly used words like “equipped” and “stewards” in their proper context.

I’m sure Trump just had Melania write it. She has a way with words.

Also, for everyone in Austria (a place where it can be cold as fuck) to get frost nip during the winter, because now they can’t cover their skin to protect it from the weather. Freedom!

Trump is stupid, lazy, and insane, but proof of his animal cunning and instinct for leveraging the ugliest cracks in US society is in how his NFL tweets inflamed his horrible racist base, all to increase his own popularity with them. There is a memorable Al Sharpton comment in this article about Trump’s sorry history

Maybe the people booing are atheists! Or Baptists or whatever. Ever been to a church where people don’t kneel for prayers? It’s so weird. Like, they stand for prayer all the time. Sometimes with their hands in the air. So maybe they’re all those kinds of people and look down on Catholics and Episcopalians for kneeling

Pretty sure they allow people from outside the city limits into the stadium as well.

A Facebook “friend” of mine just posted a picture of himself with an American flag in the style of his favorite team (which sucks). He’s also a huge “respect the flag” guy. So I asked him about it, and of course he had a very reasonable response. Oh wait, he just called me a libtard and deleted me.

Did you know that Fox doesn’t show anthems because they sell ads for the time right before kickoff?

Yes, those players knelt in prayer, and yes they were praying for unity and justice for all, but most of them are black, so it’s important to Trump supporters to boo them. Because they’re black.

I would boo also. I absolutely hate when either religion or patriotism is forced on me at a “public” event. If I wanted to pray I would do so either in private or in church, but it shouldn’t be expected of me, nor should I have to be expected to respect it being forced upon others in order to attend a sporting event.

Look, I work hard 6 days a week. Can’t I have a Sunday free of prayer?
