Not me personally, but there is someone in my neighborhood who had a new Audi RS5. I don’t know the guy, but I would silently drool over the car on occasion.

If it works anything like the government contracting space, a bunch of grifters have set up “minority owned” business that do nothing but sub the contract out to one of the big players anyways.

Care to prove me wrong or are you only here to fling shit?

Dolly Parton is a national treasure.

Ok at least you’re not a complete monster.

This is just blasphemy for blasphemy’s sake.

Yikes, that can be scary. Hope her recovery goes well and there’s no permanent damage to vision.

Now you’ve done it, I can hear the cries from Rochester all the way here in Colorado. Besmirching the Garbage Plate is grounds for a fight, fortunately for you winter doesn’t end until June in Upstate NY so you might be able to get into witness protection before they can get out from under the ~18 feet of snow.

So only a little over 1/3rd of the stimulus check then. It’s your patriotic duty to stimulate the economy by buying another ~$900 of car parts.

Wow, thanks for that, I hadn’t realized our law had gone that far.

This was essentially my mother’s strategy for getting us to eat veggies. We didn’t have fries at home, but we did have buttered bread which is essentially the same thing metabolically. “You can have more bread when you finish your veggies” was a nightly thing for both my sister and myself.

As a libertarian I certainly fall more into the “all the guns” camp, but I think I can explain why people in our camp feel that way.

I’m an American and have never been to Japan, so my exposure is only with the US wasabi you’re referencing. I didn’t even realize they were different plants until this article. I always assumed the Japanese just processed the horseradish in some way to get wasabi because the taste was so similar.

The version of history where vampire Lincoln has to fight robo-Stalin is way more fun than what we got.

This.

Good job, and incidents like that happen all the time and never get reported on. Guns don’t have to be fired in order to be effective defensive weapons, just the threat of getting shot is enough to solve a lot of problems.

I mean I guess, just don’t try to rob me and it won’t be an issue.

Not my point and you’re wrong, so good job you got a two-fer.

Can you provide an example? I’m aware a lot of states have Castle Doctrine, but that requires them to be inside the house not just on the property somewhere.

It’s all relative.
