I'll sign up for your news letter. Although I think large parts of the movie are pretty good, it's horribly uneven and the end just flat out stinks.
He's got a good singing voice. He and Seth MacFarlane should do something together (not comedy).

It's a light pop song by a band that most people liked for being mumbley and introspective, and if there is one thing music fans hate, it's when their favorite bands step outside of the well-defined boxes they've crafted for the objects of their affection.

The Portal commentary track is the Best Commentary Track Ever, IMO.
And I would add the initial one-two punch of "Grip Like a Vice" and "Doing it Right" to the list of the album's charms. And also, "Titanic Vandalism" is pretty awesome, especially the largely instrumental back half
