Oh man, you missed the great pubic-hair watershed of the late 20th century!

If a kid is pulled into a wheat thresher or dies in a grain elevator explosion, that's funny.
Wasting away from treatable illnesses? Meh.

Here in the Midwest we are awakened by Hobo string quartets playing old Count Basie tunes.

In my defense, she really does have very nice gazongas.

I can't believe I used to masturbate to her. Jeez, the 90s was one nutty decade.

You obviously don't have much interaction with our Modern American 'Conservative' brothers and sisters. When presented with a fact they do not want to believe, the answer is always the same: "Those are liberal lies".

You are preaching to the choir, my friend.

One Christmas several years ago my Fundamentalist Christian cousin started going on about how The Blacks had it better under slavery and slavery wasn't really a bad deal for them when you stop to think about it because they got "free" lodging and food, etc, etc.

I tried to watch one of the KTMA Gamera efforts but I didn't get more than 20 minutes in until I had to abort.

I could see how Robot Monster might actually work as a kids movie. So much of what goes on in that thing really hammers on what terrifies you most as a child. But that said: Peeeee Ewwwwww, IT STINKS!

And also: Carol Cleveland is an extra in one of the bar scenes! At least that's what I read later. I need to go back to that one an see if I can spot her.

Professional obligations have been kicking my ass of late.

My "better late than never" catch-up with MST3K continues. After a lot of jumping around I decided to just dedicate myself to watching the whole series (but not the KTMA ones. The concept was way too under-cooked in the really early episodes). Fortunately I was able to download the entire series through Bit Torrent so

I love it! Sunday is about the only day of the week when I can participate anymore.

Being the dominate part of the partnership with your dog becomes much more important when you have a large (or even large-ish) dog. Not only does it make it easier on me to live with her, but it makes it more comfortable for those poor benighted folks who are terrified of dogs in general - and my 90 pound Black Lab in

"Form of, an ICE SPACESHIP!"

You have a point. The Alf Saturday morning cartoon was far, far better than the live-action prime time sitcom. So much better in fact, that I'd actually call it good.
