The odds that they’ll get a good script are close to 100%. The odds of shooting that script though...

Would you really want one without Anton Yelchin?
“Hey, Phil? It’s Jeremy Irons here. Yeah, let’s go forward with that bathroom remodel.”
Well at least now the Electoral vote has designated Biden as winner. Now and Jan 6 can’t come soon enough, even if we have to listen to the orange blowhard the entire time.
It’s like the Twilight Zone episode where the guy has all the books, but his glasses break!
He needs some of Trump’s Sharpie magic.
Speaking as a bald man, that’s not a receding hairline. That’s a hairline in full retreat. That’s a surrendered hairline. That is a hairline that has conceded all terms in its battle with the scalp.
Eh, just think about how often Hollywood has whitewashed history, erasing the lives, contributions, and views of people of color. I think we can survive a handful of productions that do the opposite.
There were in fact. The first black British person to vote in Parliamentary elections, which required being a decently wealthy property owner, did so in 1774.
Why is “she’s a grown-ass woman, she’s not hurting anyone, she can do as she pleases” such a difficult thing for so many people to understand?
Wait it’s it’s just a fucking OnlyFans account? So it doesn’t even have the thin veneer of “but it’s illegal” to pretend this remotely matters?
The only way a story like this should EVER be told is to keep the paramedic anonymous and frame this as a story that shows how SHITTY the pay for EMT’s is. Jesus christ.
What I struggle with the most is the ‘So what’ element of the story. To give an example, they ran an article like this about a paramedic who, it was revealed, was thoroughly addicted to drugs. Now, the NY Post would still be trash in doing such a salacious report on that person, but at least there would be this…
Funny how the veteran FDNY paramedic got to remain anonymous in the article. Good for him.
I mean, they have already.
I’m in Nevada and all the bumpkin/Bundy parts that think they could secede couldn’t last a month without Clark County or Washoe County supporting them.
For people who work from home, then the road ahead probably sounds tedious. For people who must go to work and interact with other people, getting the vaccine (whether this month or four months from now) will provide more peace of mind even if they can’t go out for after-work drinks and hug their grandmother just yet.
I live in a country with pretty much zero new coronavirus cases each day, and a government that was at least smart enough to realize that businesses and individuals needed long term and consistent financial support to maintain a semblance of normality until a vaccine is available to all.
The ideology sounds so gross. Like, quarantine (a key aspect of government public health response) is presented as necessarily fascist and Auschwitz-y, and it romanticises the gig economy. Get absolutely ten-carat fucked.
