80 is really freaking fast and the upper limit where most people are comfortable driving their cars. I Drive in North Dakota every day where the speed limit is 75 mph on interstates and I pass a lot of vehicles driving 80 mph.

No 75 mph is pretty high and only works in rural areas with low traffic.
