I agree, the penalties for celebration are ridiculous and not enforced consistently. these need to be reviewed and corrected.

No, it was a long time coming. Rhodes was aggressive and getting into his head. They were battling back and forth the entire half. Rhodes finally got him to say something stupid that warranted a flag. I thought for sure they were going to get them ejected on a second penalty.
Zimmer finally got to build the defense he wanted and holy shit I dont even know if he expected it to be this great.
